I. Main Functions

  1. Coordination and supervision of key tasks in the institute.
  2. Drafting of comprehensive management regulations, systems, and important documents.
  3. Management of government affairs information.
  4. Administration of foreign affairs.
  5. Management and coordination of official documents, publicity, security, confidentiality, comprehensive archives, and related matters.
  6. Monitoring and management of public opinion responses.
  7. Planning, construction, and management of infrastructure, living facilities, and campus areas.
  8. Management of fixed assets.
  9. Handling of comprehensive administrative affairs and other tasks not covered by functional departments in the institute.
