Prof. He's Research Interests:
Prof. He was trained as an evolutionary geneticist and have broad interests in molecular evolution, genetics, genomics, and network biology. His lab uses both experimental and computational approaches to address interesting questions of these fields. Currently his lab studies the evolution of cancer genomes, and the evolution of sex chromosomes; they are also developing methods for elucidating the cell genealogy of multicellular organisms.
