IHB Participates in 2014 Hubei Science Week
The 2014 Hubei Science Week commenced at Yiling Square in Yichang city, Hubei Province on May 16. The theme of this year’s activity is “science and innovation make your dreams come true”. 
Young kids played the funny quizzes at the 2014 Hubei Science Week.
Volunteers from Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IHB) sent out brochures and presented posters to raise public awareness on water environment protection and endangered animals conservation. The funny quizzes attracted many passengers to gather around the exhibition stands set up by IHB.
The Hubei Science Week was held from May 17 through 24, 2014. During this period, IHB opened the State Key Laboratory of Freshwater Ecology and Biotechnology, Baiji Dolphinarium and Museum for Aquatic Organisms to the public with free admission.
