The summer camp participants visited the Museum for Aquatic Organisms and China Zebrafish Resource Center which are affiliated to IHB. They visited the labs they are interested in and interacted with the supervisors and students face to face as well.

On July 9, Prof. XIE Shouqi, deputy director of IHB, gave a presentation with the introduction of the historic development and current overview of the institute. Prof. YIN Zhan, assistant director of IHB, introduced the enrollment for 2015. On July 10, IHB held the interview for some of the participants who are qualified to be exempt from the graduate admission exam.

The summer camp has attracted many juniors with good performance to approach the Chinese Academy of Sciences and has served as a platform from more college students to get acquainted with the research of IHB. The participants also visited some of the scenic spots in Wuhan.
