Vice Director of National Science and Technology Infrastructure Center Visits IHB

 

WANG Ruidan, vice director of National Science and Technology Infrastructure Center (NSTI), visited China Zebrafish Resource Center. 

WANG Ruidan, vice director of National Science and Technology Infrastructure Center (NSTI), paid a visit to Institute of Hydrobiology (IHB) of Chinese Academy of Sciences on October 11, 2018.    

Upon her arrival, Wang learned about the construction status of the National Freshwater Biological Resource Center, consisted of China Zebrafish Resource Center, Freshwater Algae Culture Collection, and Baiji Dolphinarium which were affiliated to IHB.    

Wang said that IHB’s research ability and existing platforms have accelerated the establishment of National Freshwater Biological Resource Center.   

YIN Zhan, deputy director (presiding) of IHB, said that the institute would strive to improve the details and build top national S&T resource sharing platforms with the support from the NSTI.    

The missions of the NSTI are to carry out the NSTI program and build public platforms to accelerate open and co-sharing of key S&T resources and to support S&T research activities in universities, institutes, SMEs and scientific communities.
