Three Research Achievements Chosen as Top 10 Wuhan Scientific and Technological Events of the past 30 years
The initial issue ceremony of the large comprehensive literature of Science and Technology over the past 30 years in Wuhan was held recently in Wuhan.
This literature gives a truthful and subjective record of the scientific and technological progresses made in Wuhan and of the splendid history of innovative work since 1978.
The top 10 Wuhan Scientific and Technological Events of the past 30 years were also chosen at the initial issue ceremony.
Three research achievements were nominated. They are: the world's only captive baiji (the Yangtze River dolphin) Qi-Qi in Wuhan (1980), the world’s first somatic cloned fish in Wuhan (1982), the world’s first transgenic fish in Wuhan (1984).
