The journal ACTA Hydrobiologica Sinica, sponsored by the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Society for Oceanology and Limnology was recently ranked as the Outstanding S&T Journal of China 2008 by the Institute of Science and Technology Information of China.
