IHB signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Minnan Normal University. 

Institute of Hydrobiology (IHB) of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Minnan Normal University signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.    

According to the agreement, IHB and Minnan Normal University will make full use of their respective advantages in such aspects as scientific innovation and personnel training exchange so as to establish strategic cooperation relationship.    

Both sides will deepen cooperation in the fields including black-odor water treatment, water ecological restoration technology, environmental biological monitoring and aquatic biological resources development. The aim is to establish the Minnan R&D center of ecological environment engineering technology.    

WU Binqiang, vice president of Minnan Normal University, as well as LI Shunxing, president of Minnan Normal University, HU Wei, deputy director of IHB, attended the signing ceremony on December 8, 2018.
