A six-member delegation led by GE Xianping, deputy director of Freshwater Fisheries Research Center at Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences paid a visit to Institute of Hydrobiology (IHB) of Chinese Academy of Sciences on August 2, 2019 to investigate the personnel administration in the institute.    

On behalf of the institute, IHB’s deputy director XIE Shouqi welcomed the delegation and introduced the general situation of the institute, with specific emphasis on the personnel administration work.    

Both sides had in-depth discussion and exchange of views on the personnel administration, management of scientific research projects and the retired employees administration.    

Ge affirmed IHB’s rich experiences in the administration systems, leading talents cultivation, construction of research team and talent assessment.
