A delegation led by CHEN Xingrong, vice chairman of Hubei Association for Science and Technology, visited the Institute of Hydrobiology (IHB) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on June 6, 2022.    

During their visit, the delegation attended the symposium on the progress of strategic consulting projects, during which members of four strategic consulting project teams, including the project on Yangtze River Basin water ecology protection, reported the progress of their projects, and discussed the next steps and difficulties encountered.   

In his closing remarks, the vice chairman pointed out that each project was making good progress and hoped that each project would fulfill the institute's role as the national research institution’s advisor and promote the transfer of research achievements.
